Support Specialist

Responsibilities
As an Application Support person at FACTIVITY, you will need to:
- Learn and understand FACTIVITY’s software offerings.
- Discuss and understand customer issues via interpersonal and email communications.
- Identify application, operating system and customer issues and work with FACTIVITY staff to resolve them.
- Maintain logs of all support activity.
Required Experience
You must:
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems in secure network environments.
- Understanding of networks and server operating systems.
- Ability to communicate instructions in a simple, professional and patient manner.
- Demonstrate usage of batch files, PowerShell and UNIX/LINUX scripts.
- Understanding of database applications.
- Have worked with Microsoft Office products.
- Be able to work both independently and in teams.
