Ignition Integration

Inductive Automation’s IGNITION gateway is tightly integrated with the FACTIVITY MES to provide:

  • An extension of the FACTIVITY paperless MES to the SCADA level
  • Bi-directional data flows allows IGNITION to obtain part information for recipe retrieval
  • Once the machine is active IGNITION sends signal to the MES for automatic production reporting
  • OEE is capture real-time and displayed on the FACTIVITY User-Designed Dashboards
  • History data can be captured for process improvement
  • Parametric and quality measurement acquired by IGNITION can be passed to the FACTIVITY Templates
  • Template data is stored at the part/job level for retrieval based on quality or customer demands
